Falto
Falto is a Dominican cigar house created by Luis Juan Falto, its founder and master blender, and handcrafted at the historic La Aurora factory in the Dominican Republic. The house stands out for very limited output, only a few thousand cigars each year, and for a singular philosophy: each blend is designed for a single vitola. Its principal lines include Serie V, Tres Luis, Zoraida and Gran Reserva.
Geschichte
Luis Juan Falto began his journey in 1995 while studying at George Washington University. After visiting the leading factories of the Dominican Republic and learning every stage of the craft firsthand, he decided to create his own cigars. He conceived an unconventional approach: designing each blend for a single vitola, convinced that one specific format can fully express the character of a cigar. Today the house produces only in very small quantities, faithful to an artisanal approach that rejects mass production.
