Gran Ligero
Gran Ligero is a Nicaraguan cigar brand whose name reflects a high proportion of ligero leaves from Estelí, Jalapa and Condega. Its cigars are handcrafted entirely in Nicaragua, wrapped in Colorado Habano 2000, for a bold and full-bodied smoke. Its main vitolas include the Robusto, Toro, Corona, Petit Corona and Short Robusto from the No. 3 line.
Geschichte
The brand entered the market around 2011 and remains closely linked to the German importer Paul Bugge, who set out to create a range of premium cigars handcrafted entirely in Nicaragua. The stated goal was outstanding flavor at an accessible price. No specific founder is publicly identified, and the house has no official website, its distribution relying mainly on specialized retailers.
