J. London
J. London is a Dominican cigar brand founded by Jonathan Fiant, a devoted enthusiast of aged and hard-to-find cigars, and produced by Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic. Drawing on British iconography, the house offers refined lines such as the Gold Series and the Telephone Booth Series.
Geschichte
Jonathan Fiant founded the brand, whose name and visual identity draw on his frequent trips to London and his fascination with the city's cigar culture. The brand debuted in 2014 with the J. London Gold Series, unveiled at The Marquee, a private club in Houston. To develop it, Fiant worked in the Dominican Republic with William "El Maestro" Ventura, formerly of Davidoff. The range grew steadily: Lancero and Toro arrived in 2017, the Box Press Robusto in 2020, then new vitolas in 2021. The Piramide and Telephone Booth Series appeared in 2022, followed by Ripper in 2023 and Mr. London in 2024.
