ZR
ZR is a Dominican cigar house founded by Zohar Riezman, whose initials give the brand its name, and drawing on the expertise of master blender Cándido Rosario. Based in La Romana, it offers the Serie Dominicana line, limited editions in striking shapes, and the ZR Nicaragua line.
Geschichte
The ZR house was born in the Dominican Republic under Zohar Riezman, whose initials gave the brand its name. It draws on the experience of Cándido Rosario, a master blender linked to Altadis' Grupo de Maestros. The project really took off around 2017-2018, when the house presented itself as a Dominican boutique manufacture with its own factory, the ZR Cigar Factory, in La Romana. Its catalogue then grew with distinct lines, limited editions and, more recently, a Nicaraguan-focused range.
