Notorious Cigars is a premium cigar brand launched in 2024 by former UFC champion Conor McGregor, who entered the cigar world after his successes with Proper No. Twelve and Forged Irish Stout. Made in the Dominican Republic with the MJ Frias Cigars factory, its bold, confident cigars stand out through modern lines such as Crème de la Crème and Unapologetic.
History
The brand officially launched in 2024, but McGregor was already smoking Notorious Cigars at sporting events and livestreams before the launch, as part of its promotional campaign. From the outset, the house made clear it did not want to be just another celebrity cigar. It relies on production by the MJ Frias factory in the Dominican Republic, well respected among premium cigar aficionados, and on a blend with an Ecuador Habano wrapper.
