History
The Española brand was founded in the Dominican Republic in 1996, with the aim of crafting every cigar according to traditional Dominican methods, using carefully aged Cuban-seed tobaccos. From the outset, the house focused on producing balanced cigars with excellent value for money. Over the years, the brand became part of the Mahroukian family, owners of JM Tobacco, opening a new stage of international growth and expansion. In 2026, Española marked its thirtieth anniversary with the limited edition 30 Years Anniversary, released in Lancero and Toro vitolas.
