Villiger
Villiger is a cigar house of Swiss and German origin, rooted in the Villiger Söhne family. It offers cigars in varied styles, including the La Flor De Ynclan line, launched in 2017 and produced in the Dominican Republic.
History
Villiger launched the La Flor De Ynclan in June 2017 and presented it at the IPCPR trade show the same year. More than a decade earlier, the house had already produced a small batch of this cigar, but Heinrich Villiger was not satisfied with the results. Rather than abandoning the project, he let the tobacco age and refined the blend until it reached the desired quality, at which point the cigar was ready for production. The blend was created by José Matías Maragoto, and the cigars are manufactured at the ABAM factory in the Dominican Republic.
