PDR is a Dominican cigar brand created under master blender and owner Abe Flores, who has built it into a benchmark of the industry. A boutique factory blending traditional methods with modern craftsmanship, it selects its tobaccos with great care across diverse blends. Beyond its regular lines, it releases limited editions, notably the Flores y Rodriguez Connecticut Valley Reserve.
