Historia
On January 30, 1817, Johann Friedrich Christian André founded the company that today bears the name Carlos André Cigars. More than two centuries later, Arnold André has become Germany's largest cigar manufacturer and one of the largest in Europe. The house is now led by Axel-Georg André, the seventh generation of owners, who carries forward values of healthy business conduct, social responsibility and pioneering passion.
The Carlos André brand was born from Axel-Georg André's vision of a tribute to the friends of the house. It is named after the youngest son of the owner and represents the future eighth generation of the family, linking tradition and modernity through a shared, transgenerational passion for cigars.
