Historia
The Despot family has been heavily involved in developing premium cigar culture in Serbia since the early 2000s. The father of Jovan and Ugljesa Despot helped expand the premium cigar market in Belgrade. Years later, the two brothers decided to launch their own brand. Despot Cigars was born in 2019, with handmade production based in Estelí, Nicaragua. The house has built its identity around a commitment to traditional formats, narrower and longer, that revive the classic smoking style.
