Mayorga
The Mayorga house is a Nicaraguan brand whose maker is Segovia Cigars S.A. Founded by coffee magnates Martin and Carlos Mayorga, it offers cigars with notes of nuts, cream and rich dark coffee, available in two wrappers: a spicy Nicaraguan EMS or a rich, sweet Costa Rican maduro.
Historia
Mayorga cigars were first introduced in 1995 by the coffee magnates Martin and Carlos Mayorga, who set out to create a cigar that would perfectly complement their renowned coffee. In 1997, the house teamed up with Plasencia to develop a cigar fusing the flavors of both products. Since then, these cigars have been crafted at the celebrated Plasencia factory in Nicaragua, using only finely aged Nicaraguan tobaccos for the filler and binder.
