20 Acre Farm
20 Acre Farm is an American-rooted cigar brand, produced in Nicaragua by La Gran Fábrica Drew Estate. It revives Florida's tobacco heritage with a Connecticut Shade wrapper and a filler blending Nicaraguan leaf with Florida Sun Grown tobacco. Its core formats are the Robusto, the Toro and the Gordito.
Geschichte
The project set out with a single aim: restore Florida to the premium cigar map, a region that grew tobacco for cigars more than a century earlier. In 2013, Jeff Borysiewicz, founder of Corona Cigar Co., acquired an untouched twenty-acre farm in Clermont, Florida, which gave the brand its name. A partnership with Drew Estate, led by Jonathan Drew, then gave the line its own showcase. The brand was unveiled at a Freestyle Live event, where participants first bought mystery cigars.
