Berger & Argenti
Berger & Argenti is a premium cigar house from Nicaragua, founded in 2009 through a partnership between master blender Don Kiki Berger and businessman Michael Argenti. Produced mainly in Nicaragua and Honduras, its medium to medium-full cigars show notes of wood, cocoa and coffee, and its well-known lines include Cuban Rejects and Entubar.
Geschichte
The history of the house officially begins in 2009, although Don Kiki Berger had already spent decades in the tobacco industry, working on major projects for some of the biggest names in cigars before putting his own name on a brand. He teamed up with Michael Argenti, a businessman and passionate smoker, combining traditional tobacco expertise with a modern business vision.
Over the years, the house has chosen to focus on a limited set of recognisable lines rather than a constant stream of releases. Cuban Rejects, its most famous release, plays with the look of Cuban cigars, while Entubar uses the traditional Cuban entubado rolling technique.
