Fortaleza y Libre is a Dominican premium cigar house founded by Greg Free, a devoted aficionado. Its handmade cigars, produced in Tamboril, combine Dominican tobaccos with Ecuadorian or Mexican San Andrés wrappers, across lines with distinct personalities and strengths.
Geschichte
The house was founded by Greg Free, who turned years of conversations over a cigar and a fine spirit into a real project. After years of developing blends, he chose the Tabacalera El Hoyito in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, to produce his collection. Its first cigar was Bodacious, followed by Bushwacker, Midnight Bender, Sun Country, Second Wind and Avalanche. The brand delayed its official launch until every blend met its standards, rather than releasing a cigar too early.
