José Rey
José Rey is a Dominican cigar brand produced by the PDR Cigars factory and crafted under its founder and master blender Abraham « Abe » Flores. Its cigars come in three different wrappers and three classic vitolas, Robusto, Corona and Churchill, generally falling within a mild-to-medium strength range.
Geschichte
The brand dates back to the early days of the PDR factory, which originally produced it exclusively for Don Leoncio, the historic New Orleans tobacconist. Years later, Abe Flores decided to bring it back, relaunching it in 2019 to mark the factory's fifteenth anniversary. This return to the past comes with a focused range whose cigars feature a slightly sweetened tip, a distinctive touch that makes them a reference for aficionados.
