La Finca is a Nicaraguan cigar brand, among the oldest and most trusted premium names in the country. Its flagship line, wrapped in a dark reddish Ecuadorian leaf over a Nicaraguan binder, delivers nutty, spicy and earthy notes in a medium to full body, while La Finca Europa, created with master blender Frank Llaneza, offers a smoother blend under a golden Ecuador Connecticut wrapper.
Geschichte
The La Finca brand was launched in 1972 in Nicaragua and established itself as one of the country's premium references. Its original recipe, preserved for decades, has seen changes in packaging, moving from boxes to plain wrappers in order to offer more affordable prices, without compromising its authenticity.
In the early 2000s, La Finca partnered with its European counterpart, La Finca Europa. This creation by master blender Frank Llaneza, known for his work on legendary Cuban brands such as Hoyo de Monterrey, Punch and El Rey del Mundo, marks an important milestone in the house's story.
