My Father is a cigar house from Nicaragua, belonging to the García family and produced by My Father Cigars. Known for its characterful blends, it has established itself among the most recognized names in the cigar industry.

Geschichte

The story begins modestly when José Pepín García and his family set up a small cigar factory in Little Havana in 2003. Born in Cuba in 1950, José Pepín García learned about tobacco from an early age and rolled his first cigar at eleven, following a family tradition. On August 29, 2009, the family opened My Father Cigars in Nicaragua, a seven-acre complex covering every stage from tobacco harvesting to packaging and shipping. In 2008, Cigar Aficionado named Don Pepín García “America's Hottest Cigar Maker”. Together with his son Jaime García, he has created countless blends for My Father and other leading cigar companies.
