From the Lampert house, the Oro Kingpin is made in Costa Rica by Tabacos de Costa Rica. This 102 mm vitola with a 62 ring gauge pairs an Ecuadorian Criollo wrapper and an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 binder with a filler blending Dominican Republic, Nicaraguan and Peruvian tobaccos. Medium in strength, with notes of cream, cedar and leather, it will appeal to aficionados who favour generous girth and smoothness.
