A. Flores
A. Flores is a Dominican cigar brand created by Abraham "Abe" Flores and produced by the PDR Cigars factory in Tamboril, Dominican Republic. The house is known for entirely handmade cigars, notably the 1975 Serie Privada with an Ecuadorian habano wrapper and the Gran Reserva with a Corojo 2006 wrapper.
History
Abraham "Abe" Flores, born in 1975 in Bonao, Dominican Republic, moved to the United States at the age of fourteen, where he studied systems engineering. His career took a decisive turn when he joined an online tobacco retail company, where he discovered his true passion for cigars.
Drawing on the experience and knowledge he gained in the industry, he returned to the Dominican Republic and founded his own factory in Tamboril: PDR Cigars. With more than fifteen years in the business, he has led the manufactory to produce around five million cigars a year, all handmade, using the "entubado" method of rolling each filler leaf individually.
