Emilio
Emilio is a premium cigar brand from Nicaragua, produced by Fábrica Oveja Negra. This boutique house is known for its distinctive style, carefully developed blends and a varied range of lines and vitolas, prized by aficionados seeking original cigars outside the mainstream.
History
The brand was founded in 2010 by Gary Griffith, a leading figure in the American premium cigar industry, with the aim of creating cigars without following the industry's usual rules. In its early years it worked with AJ Fernández, and much of its production later moved to the Oveja Negra factory, led by James Brown. After Griffith's departure, the house continued to grow under L.J. Zucca, staying faithful to its philosophy of crafting distinctive premium cigars.
