The Escobar Cigars house, founded in the United States, produces its cigars in Nicaragua under the direction of AJ Fernández. Its core lines, Escobar Habano, Escobar Maduro and Escobar Connecticut, combine tradition, a contemporary identity and premium tobacco quality.
History
The brand was founded in 2018 by David Gomes and Michael McNaughton, two friends with a lifelong passion for premium cigars. Rapper Nas (Nasir Jones) later joined them as a partner. Since then, the house has pursued one clear aim: creating premium cigars from top-quality tobacco with a distinctive identity. Despite its ties to hip-hop culture, the brand remains committed to handcrafted production and uncompromising quality.
