Gispert
Gispert is a cigar house of Cuban origin, now handmade in Honduras under the Altadis USA portfolio. Crafted at the La Flor de Copán factory, its classic cigars are prized for their smoothness and come in several well-known vitolas.
History
The brand traces its origins to nineteenth-century Cuba, where it gradually became a favourite among aficionados who enjoy a smooth smoke. After the profound upheavals that affected the Cuban tobacco industry, production moved to Central America. Today, Gispert cigars are rolled in Honduras at the La Flor de Copán factory under the supervision of master blender Melo Bueso. This successful transition to Central America allowed the house to preserve the identity and classic character that have defined it since its beginnings.
