History
The brand was born in 2003 through Pete Johnson, a former bassist from Los Angeles who became the creator of highly sought-after cigars. He partnered with the legendary master blender José "Pepín" García to build a house that fuses Cuban tradition with American spirit.
The cigars are made in Nicaragua from leaves grown and fermented using traditional Cuban-school methods. The name comes from Johnson's passion for tattoo art, a presence felt in the iconic bands and limited editions that collectors prize.
