7-20-4
The 7-20-4 house is an American brand whose name recalls the historic factory address in Manchester, New Hampshire. Made in Nicaragua by J. Fuego Cigar Co., it offers medium-bodied cigars with notes of earth, leather and cedar. Its main lines include the London, the 1874 Series Toro Especial and the Factory 57 range.
Historia
Founded in 1874, the R.G. Sullivan factory at 724 Elm Street in Manchester became one of the largest cigar producers in the world, until the 1962 Cuban embargo disrupted its tobacco supply and forced the company to shut down. In 2006, Kurt A. Kendall, a cigar retailer and collector of vintage New Hampshire memorabilia, decided to revive the name as a tribute to that past. Owner of the Twin Smoke Shop, he set out to create his own premium line and brought the 7-20-4 name back to life. He also reintroduced the old "Hustler" brand, dating back to 1892.
