Vegueros
Vegueros is a Cuban brand of Habanos S.A., born in the Pinar del Río region, Cuba's tobacco heartland. It pays tribute to the vegueros, the tobacco growers who have cultivated the leaf for generations. Its best-known lines are Tapados, Entretiempos, Mananitas and Centrofinos, medium formats with an easy draw and an even burn.
Historia
Vegueros was born in the Pinar del Río region and for many years remained an almost local secret, smoked and recommended among Cubans long before it reached a wider audience. In 2013 the brand underwent a complete overhaul, with new vitolas, a new presentation and a clear aim to attract smokers seeking Cuban quality. It kept its rustic, authentic character while adopting modern finishes, forming a bridge between the tradition and the present of the Habano.
