The rating
A rating out of 5, to the tenth on the dial. Details are optional: appearance, construction, draw, burn and aromas, each from 1 to 5.
During the timer, rate how each third feels (Bad, OK, Good, Amazing): at the end an overall rating is suggested and you adjust it.
Aromas, pairings and moment
Pick the aromas you notice, for each third during the timer, the drink you had with it and the time of day: your taste profile and recommendations build on them.
Humidor and gifts
If the cigar is in your humidor, it is removed when you save (you can turn this off). “I gave it away” removes it without a rating.
Photos and public reviews
Your photos go with your review once our team has checked them. The members’ score is shown out of 100, on the same scale as the press: Bad 70, OK 80, Good 90, Amazing 100.
