Quit smoking
Smoking, even occasionally, harms your health. If you want to quit, or just cut down, professionals can support you for free.
In most countries a public service answers by phone: trained advisers listen, help you build a quit plan and follow up with you over time, without judgement.
Your doctor, your pharmacist or a stop smoking service can also advise you and, depending on the country, prescribe reimbursed nicotine replacement therapy.
