History

The house was born in 1996 when Litto Gómez, a former jeweler, chose to trade his diamonds for tobacco leaves in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. The venture, almost accidental in origin, quickly earned a place among the world's most respected cigar houses. It draws its Dominican tobaccos from its own estate, La Canela. Over the years it has asserted a bold style, with the multi-award-winning Andalusian Bull and the Double Ligero as its emblematic figures.
