Delete your Humido account and data

From the app

Open the “More” tab, then “Settings”.
Tap “Delete my account”.
Confirm: your account is deleted straight away.

From the website

Sign in on humido.app.
Open “Settings”, “Account” tab.
Under “Delete my account”, type the requested word and confirm.

Can’t access your account any more?

Email privacy@humido.app from your account’s email address and ask for deletion. We handle it within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What is erased

Your account, email address and profile.
Your collection, humidors, wishlist and history.
Your tasting notes, posts, comments and photos.
Your preferences, humidor readings and notification tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

Connection logs (IP address, date): 1 year, as French law requires of hosting providers, then erased.
Subscription invoices: 10 years, an accounting obligation. They are kept by Stripe, Apple or Google depending on how you paid.
Server backups: erased data disappears from them within 30 days.

Your Premium subscription

A subscription paid on the website (Stripe) or on Google Play is cancelled automatically with the account. A subscription paid on the App Store can only be cancelled by you, in your Apple subscriptions: do it before deleting your account, or you will keep being charged.
